WRITE ONLY IN THIRD PERSON UNLESS YOU ASK THE OTHER PEOPLE YOU ARE PLAYING WITH IN SAID THREAD IF YOU CAN DO OTHERWISE, BECAUSE IT CAN GET RATHER HARD TO REPLY TO A BUNCH OF THOUGHTS IF THAT'S ALL THERE IS. WE ENCOURAGE YOU TO PLAY WITH YOUR OWN CHARACTERS. I KNOW IT SOUNDS ODD, BUT IF YOU MAKE A THREAD JUST FOR YOUR CHARACTERS EVERY ONCE IN A WHILE, IT REALLY HELPS TO BUILD IDEAS. AND THAT'S PRETTY MUCH IT!

Hey, I have a few additions, but only if they're reviewed and accepted by Dobby and Kale and Nikki.


Roleplaying:

(Before I start, I'd like to say that maybe ONLY third person -unless you have permission- is kind of strict, and I normally post in first person. Maybe you can tweak that so it's not as strict? -My 2 cents-)

You must stay in roleplay order. For example, you have Bob, Billy, and Joe in a thread. If Bob posts first, then Joe, then Billy, DO NOT go out of order and post Bob, Billy, then Joe. It is skipping and cannot be done without the other player's concent.

Stay PG-13! Thsi site may have younger viewsers, and honestly, the staff doesn't really care to have all of the R rated stuff floating around the site. Tone down your language, sexual content, and remember your manners, and you'll be ok.

RESPECT other players! Respect is Moral Rule #1, and it must never be broken. If you do not care to be nice to someone, settle it over PM, but never in the OOC of a post or the C-Box. Many people respect only those who respect them, so be friendly!

Character Creation:

Your character may not be below the age of 11. Which, of course, isn't a problem--- Since Hogwarts does not accept student 11 and under. But just saying, in case someone was wondering.

Please make sure your character as unique as possible. We don't want a group of "Plain Janes" running around causing trouble. All skin colors, backgrounds, and/or races are acceptable. Hair can be unnatural colors, but ONLY IF STATED IN APPLICATION and must also contain the fact that they DYE their hair!

If your character speaks another language, please tell us how/when they learned it. This will be part of code: pottertheir History, since it is important they they don't blurt out a random saying in Japanese when they're born with an Italian language.

All ages are welcome.

Out Of Character:

No fighting. Remember, Respect is Moral Rule #1!

No harsh language or excessive sexual content. The code for character creation is "Topic Summary". We will moderate even the simplest of conversations, so be aware of what you say/do!



(Also, I'll have to add a phrease randomly in the Rules so that mebers will be sure to read them before creating a character... If it's ok.)
